$350,000 Workers’ Compensation settlement

Settlement of a Workers’ Compensation claim for $350,000. The injured worker sustained severe injuries to his ankle and knee as a result of an improperly loaded pallet. He required multiple surgeries on both his knee and his ankle. His treating physician advised the Claimant may eventually require ankle fusion surgery and additional knee surgery.
