Settlement of Workers’ Compensation survivor’s benefits claim for $175,000

This case involved a worker who sustained fatal injuries in a truck accident. His surviving children were eligible for ongoing survivor’s benefits until reaching the age of 18 or the age of 22 if a full time student.
