Settlement of Workers’ Compensation claims for $140,000

Injured worker sustained two separate injuries to his knees. Over time, he required multiple surgeries to each knee including bilateral total knee replacements. He received substantial permanency ratings to each knee including a 25% to the right knee and 30% to the left.
